We were awarded prestigious Contract Jobs for Fabrication & Erection of Steel Structure by samsung for their DFCU & HDPE Plant – OPaL, DAHEJ. We had proved our capacity to fabricate Structural l Steel, @ 821.5mt, at Samsung Opal Project.
At SAMSUNG OPal Project, with close coordination and planning, we were able to erect 130m & 66m of Structure Modules, 13m x 13m x 13.5m height, with the help of 440 MT Crane. Total Height of Structure was 56 m from Ground & 26 m from Building top.
At GFL Dahej, for Project, total @ 2.37 lacs inch - Dia piping was fabricated and erected in a record time frame. The highest 45500 inch - dia was fabricated in one single month. The average works out to be approximately 1750 inch - dia per day.
